Eli worked with me for over 2 months prior to listing to get my home ready to sell. (We were also waiting out a short market slowdown due to COVID) He never once failed to provide help, resources, insight to make me feel secure during this process. Eli never missed, or was even late to any appointments we had. Eli did a great job of assessing our home and making repair/upgrade recommendations to maximize the value of our home. Eli’s true speciality though is property exposure through online sources. Through this method Eli was able to have over 90 showings the first (Only) weekend on the market. We had 8 offers, and were in escrow at 12K over asking in 4 days on the market. It was also the highest (or close to it) price per sqft in the area. The escrow process went smoothly, and I was kept informed during the entire process. All of this during a COVID flare up! If I hadn’t taken my California money to Arizona, you could be sure Eli would be my guy going forward. I would highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
I live in Texas and was renting out my condo in Orange County that I wanted to sell.
I figured because I wasn't there, that this would cause me and my family a lot of stress. This was a very low stress process, and I attribute that to Eli's attentiveness and responsiveness whenever I felt concerned. I needed someone who could work with my tenant, property manager, and HOA board to take care of everything while I was out of the picture. This clearly wasn't Eli's first time in this situation. Any realtor can take photos and post your property on the internet, but Eli helped me fill out tax forms on a FaceTime call and arranged for a mobile notary to come to my home in Texas. I felt that his service was above and beyond.

Eli is a tactician in his craft and methodically approaches the deal with his clients best interest. Eli was very detailed every step of the way to include reviewing escrow paperwork for us, and also making calls to the lender, escrow, and insurance members (which normally the buyer would do). Eli has a great network of team members, that I would highly recommend as well. I had contacted Eli on a Wednesday, and he got us in touch with a lender in a few hours. By that night we had our pre-approvals, and on Sunday we had an offer accepted. Eli also has alot of integrity, and really looks out for his clients needs. During negotiation periods, we let Eli know where we were at; and basically gave him the reigns to fully do his job and negotiate. Which he did very well, and we did not have to go back and forth. Eli is also very well versed in real estate contract language, and frankly knows this better than most, and you want someone like that in your court rather than on the other side of the transaction. If you are looking at purchasing or selling, I highly recommend Eli! Allow him to do his job, and he will take care of you! I am looking at purchasing a few more properties, and I would not want to do another deal without Eli on the team representing us!

There were a few problems with the process that were not his fault which he was able to resolve quickly. His advice is sound and helped us through the process. The house we sold was our family home for 60 years. Eli was sensitive to our emotional attachment.

I feel like I hit the lottery with him. Eli is excellent at what he does. He created a perfect plan to sell my house in a difficult market. Eli secured multiple offers on my house in less than a week after one open house. He then proceeded to get me an offer WAY over my asking price. In addition to being an excellent negotiator, Eli was extremely available and communicative during the entire process. He remained professional during some tense moments in the process.
